Just a reminder....

Just in time for spring.
Some pretty door cans and a copy of the latest
 "Somerset Life" magazine.

Earlier this week I shared with you the beginning of  the "Baby's First 12 Month Book", that I created.   If you missed it you can see it HERE.  Let me share with you the rest of the book, starting with Month One. I put a pocket on the page to hold any special memories.  Can you see the number one in the upper right corner?  For each month I also added a smaller page insert titled
"Special Moments to Remember".  I stamped the bottom of the page with the word Blessed.

I used my sewing machine to stitch around the edge with a Pink zig Zag stitch.  Who says sewing is just for fabric?

I love to add pretty ribbons and rhinestones.

Month two is labeled with a pretty flower.

A pretty pink polka dot ribbon for month three.

More polka dot ribbon that was wrapped around the page.
A cute little bird at the top to month four.

A Pretty PINK flower and lots of room to add
a cute picture of the baby at Five months old.

Welcome Baby....  Six months.

Months Six and Seven....
I love the color combination and all the glitter and glam!

This is my favorite page.
Isn't the check ribbon and the knot with the rhinestone with opalescent shred in the center so sweet?

Here's a close-up of the tag on month seven.
The silver oval was a little frame that I used to put the number 7 in.

Month eight was covered with a girly PINK toile.
Toile has always been a favorite of mine and what could be better than PINK toile.

Month Nine.  I love the hot Pink glittered paper
that bordered the center insert page.

Month TEN had a pretty daisy and lots of blue glitter on the paper.

Month Eleven....Hugs & Kisses.

Month Twelve.
Last but not least!  I loved the texture of the blue ribbon and the price was even better.  I found it in the $1.00 bin at Michaels.  Don't you just love when you find a deal!   The tag has a cute little bunny.  I also found that at the dollar store!
Doesn't it amaze you what you can find at the dollar store?

Next time you have a baby shower think about creating a one of a kind gift.  Don't forget to check back on Friday to see if you were the winner of the giveaway.  I'll be linking up to the following creative blogs.

  6. Sherry,
I love this book! It is precious! My oldest daughter passed away a few months ago at the age of 29 and even though we did not have books like this I cherish the one I have with all the milestones. Especially the pictures. If I could just have one more hug or "I Love You" from my daughter in Heaven.
I hope to have grandchildren one day ... my youngest daughter is getting married in June and I would love to use one of these ... darling!!!
    Blessings,
    Donna
